We strive to display product images, descriptions, materials, dimensions, and cookware specifications as accurately as possible. Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD $) and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. If an obvious typographical error in pricing occurs, we reserve the right to notify you and cancel or correct the order.

4. Order placement & acceptance

  1. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledging receipt does not signify contractual acceptance.
  2. Order acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment and generate your carrier tracking number.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to inventory limitations, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

5. Payment & billing

Payment is collected at checkout via credit/debit card, processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (Stripe). We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card details.

6. Shipping & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to your specified address. Complete details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. For damaged or defective goods, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. 8. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Gearvaro, its officers, or employees be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or purchased items. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for the product.
